We use only high performance pleated filters with a MERV 7 rating or better. Through good supplier relationships, we are able to offer these filters at contract prices others will only offer fiberglass filters. We are also able to sell our filters to the customers with maintenance staff at very competitive prices. Custom sizes can be made to order, preventing long delays in delivery.

Cleaning of coils and exhaust fan is made easy and non-evasive with our pressure washing systems. We are able to clean without the use of harsh chemicals that may damage roof systems, vehicle paints, or the environment. Our equipment is neatly carried in a service ready truck, stocked with parts to handle most service needs. We need only the room of a parking space to do our work, and will not interrupt the daily business of our customers.

The inspection system we use is very thorough, no 10 point inspections. We use inspection reports that cover every application for summer and winter operation. Possible equipment failures can be found and resolved before they become costly unscheduled repairs. Once the inspections are complete the customers will receive an easy to understand report on their equipments operation.

A clean safe work area is a productive area. When we leave a work area it is our guaranty it will be in better condition than when we started. We are able to handle any maintenance or service need, from small systems to large plant operations.
